| Carol Ann and Barbara have years of experience in the property development and interior fit-out business and are now expanding their service offering. Everyone is experiencing the current economic slowdown and Investa's new service will hopefully help some businesses to generate some income. |
| We will work with the developer and their team to fit-out apartments or houses or offices and prepare them for the target rental market, whether that is the residential rental market, the executive letting segment or the commercial office market. We will organise everything from kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, soft furnishings to full rental pack including all bedlinen, crockery and so on. We will help developers turn empty shells into income generating properties. |
| We will work with the financial institutions. They will fund this "fit-out" service that will help their developer clients to bring in some income and hopefully help sell the properties in the medium term. |
