Client RequestCreate a high-end "Home from Home" property that will appeal to the corporate relocating segment looking to place executives in Dublin.
Design ProposalInvesta worked closely with the client. The Italian "glam" Scavolini kitchen was chosen in white gloss doors combined with dark walnut with corian worktops and large island.

The walnut theme was carried throughout the house in the flooring, wood joinery and key pieces of furniture.

Each home and property is based on a theme and we used strong accent colours of Aqua print and cerise pink to inject some warmth and personality into the scheme.

We used a lot of glass mirrors throughout the house also to further enhance the light aspect and complement the feature windows.

The art in the living room was specially commissioned by our sister Allison Keating.

Hotels and Spas dictated the style of furnishings and tiling throughout in all 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms were decorated using top-class bedroom furniture and sumptuous fabrics and textiles.
