Purpose	Fully furnished and fully fitted for the rental market
Client Request	Client bought this home as a base in Dublin. They wanted a very comfortable home in Dublin for themselves and their two children. They wanted to “walk-in to this home with their toothbrush”.
Design Proposal	The theme for this second family home was to keep everything simple, contemporary and very stylish. We used raspberry and cream for the central theme in the hall, bathroom, single bedroom, living and kitchen areas to make the apartment feel larger. Main theme was cream and colour was added through accessories and artwork. Mirrors were used throughout the apartment to give a great illusion of space. The master bedroom is very luxurious and sumptuous using silk, taffeta, suede and fur in caramel and chocolate tones.
