Design Proposal	The proposed and accepted theme of this rental apartment was to create a bright, retro feel using chocolates and cream colour scheme with an injection of duck egg blue. Contemporary seating, dark furniture and striking soft furnishings delivers a very dramatic overall impression. Strong tectures were used on this project. The colour scheme was continued into the entrance porch, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and master ensuite bedroom. The apartment is bright, airy, very rich and contemporary with just the right balence of duck-egg blue injected throughout this unit for a superb penthouse effect.
