As a result we received a lot of requests from investors and buyers alike to furnish their homes. Sample of some of the three bedroom homes that were fitted out for the rental market are attached. Multiple investors asked for our help to make their properties "special" and "highly-rentable" . We helped then rent their properties to the right type of client in the right time. All investors were successful renting their properties and all agreed that the attention to detail and finish certainly helped rent their investments.                   Amber & Cream theme          Client was looking for an modern autumnal colour scheme. A warm amber and gold theme was proposed. Very welcoming result using strong tactile fabrics, statement designer chairs complementing the beech kitchen and stone/granite fireplace beautifully. ›› More Info          Aubergine & Gold theme          Client wanted to achieve high rental income and wanted a high quality designer finish. Dark cherry floors and rich aubergine and golds complemented the installed beech kitchen. ›› More Info          Blue & Sand theme          Client asked me to enhance the feature granite and silver fireplace. A cool and modern blue and warm sand theme was proposed. The blue complemented the silver in the fireplace and the sand added warmth to the coolness of the room. Cream leather and warm blue chenille fabrics complete this look. ›› More Info          Gold Gilt theme          Client asked me to complement the beech kitchen colour scheme. A warm Egyptian sand and gold theme was proposed. Various textures and tones of gold upholstery were mixed together to complete this look. ›› More Info          Lilac theme          Client requested a modern, young and contemporary home for young professional tenants. A lilac and purple theme was proposed. Chocolate brown leather suites, suede scatter cushions were teamed with superb artwork, feature stainless steel mirror and custom designed pebble, limestone and steel fireplace. ›› More Info                   Typical rental fit-out          Investa design offer investors a full "move-in" fit-out package to include all bedlinen, crockery, cutlery, delphware, towels, household appliances and so on.
