Client Request	During the design consultation, the clients preference was for warm autumnal colours. Liked modern style. The stone and granite fireplace was already installed and client chose the cream and beech kitchen
Design Proposal	A warm amber and gold theme was proposed. This home is very welcoming with strong chenille fabrics, statement designer chairs in orange chenille fabric, combined with a luxurious floor rug. This theme continued into the kitchen and the bedrooms.
Fit-out	Completely furnished and fitted to the highest standards, including all soft furnishings, floor & window coverings, NEFF appliances, cutlery, crockery, glassware, bedlinen, towels and so forth.
