Location	Mountfield Malahide
Type	3 bedroom semi-detached home
Client	Investor
Purpose	Fully furnished and fully fitted for the rental market
Client Request	Client requested a modern, young and contemporary home for young professional tenants. I chose all the finishes for this client.
Design Proposal	A lilac and purple theme was proposed. Chocolate brown leather suites, suede scatter cushions were teamed with superb artwork, feature stainless steel mirror and custom designed pebble, limestone and steel fireplace. This look is very contemporary. This theme continued into the lilac and cream kitchen and the bedrooms.
Fit-out	Completely furnished and fitted to the highest standards, including all soft furnishings, floor & window coverings, NEFF appliances, cutlery, crockery, glassware, bedlinen, towels and so forth.
