Purpose	Fully furnished and fully fitted for the rental market
Client Request	During the design consultation, the client asked me to complement the beech kitchen colour scheme. The stone and granite fireplace was already installed in addition to a beech kitchen.
Design Proposal	A warm Egyptian sand and gold theme was proposed. Various textures and tones of gold upholstery were mixed together to complete this look. This theme continued into the kitchen and the bedrooms.
Fit-out	Completely furnished and fitted to the highest standards, including all soft furnishings, floor & window coverings, NEFF appliances, cutlery, crockery, glassware, bedlinen, towels and so forth.
