Your solicitor will be served with a completion notice 14 days before you are required to legally complete on your home
The agent will agree a date either immediately before or immediately after legal completion to present to you your new Homeowners Handover Pack. Ideally we will require approx. 1 hour with you to answer any queries you may have and to present your home to you. Because of the mayhem associated with moving-in-day, it is not advisable to hold this meeting on that particular day.
Moving-in-day. The agent will be present on site to hand over your keys and demonstrate the key features of your new home.
