| Client Request | Create a comfortable and contemporary "home from home". The couple have four daughters, sons-in-law and several grandchildren, so they wanted a villa that accomodated everyone in a relaxed and luxurious environment. |
| Design Proposal | I worked in close collaboration with the couple and we agreed on a palette of caramel, chocolate brown and cream. Dark wenge wood was used throughout.
The focus of this villa was using key designer pieces, such as the German designer L-shaped couch and kidney shaped arm chairs.
One of the key elements of this project was the striking zebra patterned rug, lamps, occassional chairs and accessories that links the open plan marble floored hallway, living room and dining room.
The soft pallette of colours were continued onto the three exterior terraced areas. Terracota and wicker furniture were used to complete the look.
